Market Reports – June

I’ve added a new Market Reports page to my blog that will allow my team and any subscribers to see how our local real estate market is performing on a monthly basis. The reports I issue will be compiled from the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) and will include information on the Portland Metro Area, Suburban West/Yamhill County areas, and Market Share numbers for the local real estate offices competing in these specific markets.

These stats are a great tool to use in your listing and buyer presentations. They demonstrate your knowledge of the market and help to build trust with clients that have concerns about where the market is headed and how it will impact their next real estate transaction.
