Sunset at Goose Bay Ranch

I’ve decided to add a new feature to my blog. It will be a photographic post feature that will include some of my favorite photographs that I have taken or that I come across. The pictures will be ones that inspire me and hopefully you as well.

This is a picture of Mt. Pitt (McLaughlin) from Goose Bay Ranch, Oregon. I took this shot from the back deck of my aunt’s house in the early evening this past August. It was a beautiful day that finished with a glorious sunset. This picture is special to me because the mountain in the background was climbed by one of my great-great-great grandfathers over a hundred years ago.

The sunset is reflecting off of the water conservatory next to Lake Klamath and the Williamson River.
