While these individuals may possess great skill in their area of expertise, they understand the need to have a coach help them see their “blind spots”, hone their skills, and encourage them to reach their personal goals.

One-on-One Coaching Experience: this experience is designed for the broker that is looking to take their business to the next level through personalized coaching. In these sessions you will work with Coach Dan to complete your Core Four Success Puzzle® and implement a strategic plan for your life and business.
Group Coaching Experience: this experience brings 3-5 agents together in a group setting where ideas can be shared and action plans for success developed. These groups focus on accountability, results, and encouragement.
Online Dominance Experience: this experience is designed to help agents dominate their competition and have a superior online presence that generates new business day and night. These sessions are held in a group setting and include special online training modules that can be worked on at your own pace.
