Prudential Northwest Properties has always major new and experienced agent training a part of its core services provided to its sales associates. We offer many different Career Development experiences:

New Agent Training: We offer pre-license training through Online-Ed, a Web-based educational program that prepares new agents for the Real Estate exam. All of our branch offices also provide regularly scheduled training and education experiences to keep our licensed sales associates abreast of updates and the latest trends in the industry.

Experienced Agent Training: At Prudential Northwest Properties we provide our experienced agents with an in-depth, ongoing career development program. The goal of this program is to provide relevant, easy to access, and engaging training experiences in all subjects related to real estate, sales leadership, and personal growth.

Sales Webinars: Prudential Northwest Properties’ Online Training Program is designed to bring our agents together via webinar and conference calls for monthly training and brainstorming on the best practices in the real estate industry. Each month Coach Dan leads a one-hour call/webinar on a specific topic and leaves you with tangible Action Plans and Tools that you can implement in your business and life right away.

Technology Webinars: Our technology training experiences are designed to help you embrace our industry leading tools with ease and understanding. These online webinars allow you to learn at your own pace and implement changes on your timeframe.
