I desire to be completely transparent, which means I personally guarantee you there are no hidden costs.

All of the services you have read about on our site are included in the following compensation programs. If there are extra benefits and services they will be noted on the specific compensation program page.

Standard Fees for All Compensation Programs

• Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Franchise Fee of 6% on every transaction with no cap on fees paid.
• Transaction Fee of $100 paid on every closed transaction. If your coop agent is another Prudential agent the $100 fee will be split $55 paid by the listing agent and $45 by the selling agent. There is no cap on fees paid.
• Technology Fee of $75 month. This fee includes all of the services listed under the Tools for Success section.
• Monthly Office Dues of $8. These dues help pay for team events, flowers, sales meeting food, etc.

Assistant Fees

• Assistant fees are negotiated between the branch manager and agent. Factors that are considered are whether the assistant is licensed, the duties of the assistant, and the space needed for the assistant. Please feel free to call me directly to discuss these fees.

Full Listing and Transaction Coordination Services are also available on a per transactions basis and for a fee ranging from $75-$200 per transaction. You pay for the services you need and want.
