Each of our coordinators is licensed and can interact with clients and assist you in areas listed below.

Standard Services Included in ALL plans (FREE):

• AHS Home Warranty setup for buyer or seller
• Complimentary AHS 6 Month coverage setup on all listings
• Home Services Membership setup for buyer and seller
• Job Loss Protection Membership setup for buyer and seller
• Opening of Escrow and sending Broker Demand to Seller
• Database entry to Client Connect System (Property Investment Profile and Market Tracker).
• Posting of residential listings to various Internet sites

Basic Marketing Service Package ($75 per listing):

• Creation and Printing of unlimited Color Fliers for Listings
• RMLS or WVMLS Lockbox
• Sign installation and takedown

Marketing Field Work Package ($50 per listing):

• Onsite staging suggestions for your seller
• Installation of RMLS or WVMLS Lockbox
• Photos of the interior and exterior of the home
• Creation and posting of virtual tour on your website

Premium Marketing Service Package ($100 per listing):

• Entry of listing in RMLS or WVMLS
• Creation and Printing of unlimited Color Fliers for Listings
• Setup of Prudential Online Seller Reports via Agent Website
• Weekly Craigslist Postings
• Posting of documents to RMLS (disclosures, instructions, etc.)
• Trio Plus (HomeBook) from Chicago Title or affiliate
• Just Listed and Just Sold eCards sent to Prudential Offices and your SOI
• Transaction Contingency/Events Timeline
