Our Partnership Program is designed for the high-producing experienced agent that prefers to have a fixed amount of money paid each year to Prudential Northwest Properties. This program requires a contract and promissory note to be signed at the beginning of each term with a promise to pay the company $20,000 over the course of twelve months. The team member receives 100% of their commissions less the franchise fee and transaction fee associated with each transaction. The company is paid $1667 per month until the balance of $20,000 has been paid in full.

Features of this plan include:

• Advertising space in the Sherwood Gazette and Newberg Graphic.
• Basic transaction coordination services including setting up escrow, preparing escrow demand, preparing file for corporate accounting and principal broker review, AHS home warranty setup, Home Services setup, and Job Loss Protection Program setup.
• Database entry for Stay-In-Touch Systems (Property Investment Profile and Market Tracker).
• Sign installation and take down.
• Lockboxes – $100 charge if not returned.

Marketing and Coordination Services are also available on a per transaction basis and for a fee ranging from $75-$200 per transaction. You pay for the services you need and want.
