Our Team Advantage Program is designed for the team member that prefers to focus their time and energy on selling and leave the administrative and marketing duties to our paid staff.
This program is based on your Personal Income. Personal Income is defined as the total dollar amount received by the team member after referral fees, franchise fees, and splits with the company. Under this program there is no monthly or yearly obligation to pay our firm a minimum amount. The team member starts the year at the split level earned from the previous year and is guaranteed that split for twelve months. The associate is able to move up the split levels as they produce. The associate has no worry of dropping split levels during the year.
