Summer BBQ at Champoeg State Park – August 2009

This was our first Summer BBQ for our team where we invited everyone’s family. It was a lot of fun and great to meet everyone’s kids. We had fun playing Bocce Ball, riding bikes, climbing trees, and sharing a meal together.

Newberg Old Fashioned Festival Parade – July 2009

We had a fantastic day walking in the parade with a great group of purpose driven brokers giving back to their community. The Newberg Old Fashioned Festival is one of the longest parades in all of Oregon and includes week long activities and fireworks! Great job team!

Robin Hood Festival Parade – July 2009

Another great year at the Robin Hood Festival Parade. We had over 70+ parade entries and thousands of local residents lined the streets. The event was another great way to connect with the communities we serve and spend time together as a team.

Team Appreciation Dinner – May 2009

Last night my wife and I had the honor of hosting my entire sales team and staff for our annual appreciation dinner. We held the event at our home and spent much of the evening outdoors in our backyard where we shared a meal, laughed, and shared our successes and challenges over the past year. The event reminded me of how important it is to share time with your team outside of work in an environment where you can meet spouses and learn more about each other personally.

I feel very blessed to lead my team of sales leaders. It was a great evening of fellowship and a wonderful opportunity for my wife and me to show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our team.
